BUYER

If I see a vehicle I like, where do I obtain the information I need?
At the lot, you can pull detailed information from the ?24-Hour Salesman? window dispenser on the vehicle. Vehicle picture and information is also shown on the lot?s web site. When you see a vehicle in which you are interested, you contact our lot office.

What about test drives?
Part of our service is facilitating test drives. Depending on state location, we require the potential buyer be over the age of either 18 or 21, show a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.

How do I negotiate the purchase?
You negotiate your purchase with lot personnel. The private-party owner has consigned the vehicle to us and authorized us to negotiate its sale.

Can I have the vehicle mechanically checked out?
Yes, you would make those arrangements with lot staff as well. Our lots are able to either refer you to qualified vehicle inspectors, or there may be a service bay associated with the lot itself.

How can I determine if the price of the vehicle is reasonable?
We can help you obtain either an NADA or Kelley Blue Book valuation of the vehicle you are interested in purchasing.

Can you help me with financing and an extended warranty?
Many of our lots provide financing outlets and sell extended warranty contracts. The Home Page on the web site for the particular lot will indicate if these services are offered at that location.

SELLER

How does your Consignment program work?
You bring the vehicle you are selling to our lot and rent a display space to expose your vehicle to the buying public. Our fee covers a 4-week period of time, and we advertise for you and list your vehicle, with picture, on our web site. That is the only fee you pay until we sell your vehicle, at which time we charge a commission on the sale price for negotiating the sale and handling the paperwork.

How do I know you will get the price I want?
When you consign your vehicle on our lot, you will establish a price range with which you are comfortable. We can help you with NADA and/or Kelley Blue Book valuations, as well as the experience we have gained in the business of selling vehicles. You will decide the price you want to advertise, and it is also helpful to determine a bottom dollar that you will accept so we know the amount of negotiating room we have. We will call you with each and every offer, or only those offers that fall below your bottom dollar, whichever you prefer.

What about test drives?
Part of our service is facilitating test drives. We require the potential buyer be over the age of 21, show a valid drivers license and proof of insurance.

Who insures my vehicle while it is on your lot for sale?
As the owner of the vehicle, you must continue to insure it. We require, at a minimum, that you carry the limits mandated by state law. It is no different than if you were selling the vehicle out of your own driveway . . . you will want to insure for liability and damage risk. Our lots provide security for your vehicle, but it does not eliminate the need for insurance.

How long will it take to sell my vehicle?
Our customers have sold their vehicles from within 10 minutes to never! The average selling time is 2.5 weeks . . . faster than advertising alone can do for you.

What do you require for information on my vehicle?
You will complete a vehicle information check sheet that helps you describe your vehicle in detail for potential buyers. From this information, we will create ?sell sheets? to be placed in our unique ?24-Hour Salesman? weather-resistant dispenser that is placed on a window of your vehicle. Prospects interested in your vehicle are then able to pull a s
